As we focus on the insurance industry, our team specializes in all insurance functions and processes. Together with our partners we have a global network. Our strength is in combining the functional and SME-level experience with project management skills as needed.

Where the need occurs

Many of our clients are looking for “backfill” support due to an absence of a regular employee. The need normally occurs due to having experienced staff working on projects but can also arise from any HR event (maternity leave, accident, sabbatical, reorganization). ROE provides support for our clients’ operations to ensure: no business interruptions, ability to meet internal or external deadlines, meet clients’ expectations (e.g. timely claim payments), enabling regular employees to contribute to successful project delivery or covering an unexpected absence.

Mid-level Operational SME - $165/hr
